Joanna Young

Joanna Young has extensive experience in visitor engagement and volunteer management within cultural institutions. Joanna has been serving as a Membership Assistant and Reception Assistant at Historic Royal Palaces since April 2010, where responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing visitor passes, and overseeing the parking system. Additionally, Joanna has managed volunteers in leafleting and poster roles while coordinating between various departments. Prior to Historic Royal Palaces, Joanna was a Learning Volunteer at the London Fire Brigade Museum and an Education Volunteer at Osterley Park. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from the University of Roehampton, completed in 2004, and attended Dean Close School from 1994 to 1998.
