Lorna Hedley

Lorna Hedley is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant Digital Producer and Onsite Digital Assistant at Historic Royal Palaces since August 2017, where responsibilities include managing content across digital platforms and assisting in the production of new content, notably for audio guides and a digital BSL guide. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Assistant at Chatsworth House in July 2017, focusing on delivering high-quality customer experiences, and as a Store Assistant at Petal Accessories, where Lorna managed the store independently and was involved in customer service and visual merchandising. Lorna holds a Master's degree in Art Gallery and Museum Studies from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media Design from Northumbria University, along with a Foundation Diploma in Art, Design & Media from Chesterfield College.
