Carolyn Turner

Carolyn Turner has a diverse work background. Carolyn is currently working as a Principal R&D Engineer at HistoSonics, Inc. Carolyn previously worked at Medtronic in multiple roles, including Principal Systems Engineer, Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, and Senior Process Development Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for developing medical devices, collaborating with other engineering functions, performing design risk assessments, and overseeing product engineering projects. Carolyn also worked as a Product Development Engineering Intern at Terumo Cardiovascular Systems and as a Project Management & Quality Engineering Intern at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions. Carolyn also served as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan Scaffold Tissue Engineering Group.

Carolyn Turner earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a Mechanical concentration from the University of Michigan between 2006 and 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a Mechanical concentration from the same university between 2010 and 2011.
