Michele Bossert

Michele Bossert is currently the Vice President of Education at HistoSonics. Michele is responsible for the development and execution of the global education strategy & plan; identifying and establishing strong partnerships with expert clinicians, professional societies and education organizations. Michele also serves as member of the Histosonics Senior Leadership team.

Michele Bossert has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President of Education at Medtronic, where they were responsible for establishing the vision and strategy for the global Lung Health education organization. In this role, they provided leadership for the development and execution of global customer and internal team education programs. Michele also served as a member of the Medtronic Lung Health Leadership Team.

Before their time at Medtronic, Michele Bossert was the Vice President Clinical Operations for two healthcare management firms specializing in the development and implementation of innovative surgical programs focused on minimally invasive techniques for client healthcare facilities. In this role, they provided oversight of clinical business development functions, program design implementation and ongoing management of ~66 multifaceted Centers of Excellence. Michele also chartered VBHC risk-share models within multiple service lines.

Michele Bossert holds a Bachelor of Science from Nazareth College and is a Registered Nurse through the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
