Adithya Sastry

Adithya Sastry has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Adithya started their career at SpeedFam-IPEC as a Global Product Manager. Adithya then moved on to iBackOffice Inc, where they co-founded a VC funded start-up company and served as the VP of Marketing and Business Development. After the acquisition of iBackOffice, Adithya joined G.E. IT Solutions as the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing.

Later, they joined G.E. Security as the Product Line Leader and Simplification Leader, driving margin expansion and integration of acquisitions. Adithya then joined NCR Corporation, holding various roles including Director of Solutions Management, Director of Innovation & New Business Incubation, Vice President of Market Development, Innovation & New Business Incubation, and Vice President of Strategic Development & Alliances.

Following their time at NCR Corporation, Aditya worked at Cognizant, where they held positions such as General Manager & AVP of Internet of Things and M&A & Integration Leader, Cognizant Digital Business. Adithya also served as an Advisory Board Member for Xively by LogMeIn.

Before their current position at Hitachi Digital Services, Adithya served as Senior Vice President & General Manager at Hitachi Vantara, overseeing Digital Modernization and the Americas Region.

Throughout their career, Adithya has demonstrated expertise in digital solutions, application and cloud engineering, IoT, market development, and business incubation.

Adithya Sastry has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Adithya also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Franklin University.
