Joy Das is a seasoned professional with twenty years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager HRBP for Hitachi Digital in the APAC region since April 2025. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Hitachi Vantara and various positions at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed performance management, employee engagement, compensation, talent management, and employee relations. Joy has also worked as Assistant Manager - HR at Suzlon Group and in an HR/IR management trainee role at DBL Food. Academic credentials include an MBA in Human Resource from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Kalyani.
