Tia Bowers

Tia Bowers is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as Sr. Manager HRBP for both the Mill Division and Specialty (Regional) at Graphic Packaging International, LLC since July 2018. Prior to this position, Tia held multiple HR-related roles at Magna International from August 2012 to July 2018, including Assistant Manager HR and Human Resources Supervisor. Tia’s background includes expertise in new hire orientation processes and ensuring compliance with HR paperwork. Tia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Colorado Technical University and a Masters Certification in Human Resources from Villanova University.
