Steve Cowburn is an experienced professional in customer service and management, currently serving as the National Service Manager and General Manager of Customer Service at Sullair Australia, a Hitachi group company, since May 2012. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Assistant General Manager in the Customer Care Division at NEC Australia Pty Ltd from October 1989 to December 2011, overseeing service and repair functions as well as field service and installations for various telecommunications products.
