Dinesh Kumar Rai

Dinesh Kumar Rai is a seasoned professional in the railway industry, currently serving as Manager-CS at Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics Pvt. Ltd. since April 2015, focusing on after sales and techno-commercial functions. Previously, Dinesh held the position of Assistant Manager-CS at Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics, managing AMC/CMC business for out-of-warranty equipment in Indian Railway SGAC coaches from February 2011 to March 2015. An extensive background in after sales service was developed at Autometer Alliance LTD from October 1998 to February 2011, where Dinesh worked as both a senior engineer and in after sales service for railway Loco and coach power products. Early career experience includes serving as a QC engineer at Ranutrol Industries Ltd and providing vital support to branch engineers and customer training. Dinesh holds a three-year Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Board of Technical Education Lucknow, complemented by foundational education in PCM from C.B. Ganj Inter Collegae Bareilly.
