Randal Miller

Randal Miller serves as the General Manager of the Information Technology Division at Hitachi High Technologies America since March 2014, where responsibilities encompass IT management, budget oversight, and strategic planning. Prior to this, Randal worked as a Principal IT Consultant, enhancing business relations and compliance for corporate clients. At Navistar, Randal progressed from IT Director and Business Partner to managing significant projects such as financial system transformations and SOX remediation efforts during a pivotal IT outsourcing transition. Randal's career began at Waste Management, overseeing technical services and leading the implementation of a major SAP project. Randal holds an MBA from Indiana University Northwest and a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Purdue University Northwest.
