Fumi Ogura

Fumi Ogura has a strong background in business development and solution development within the technology industry. They started their career at Hitachi Solutions (formerly Hitachi Software Engineering) in 2000 as an Assistant Manager and remained there until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Hitachi Data Systems as an MBA, ISV Alliances, Business Development Manager. They then moved to Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd. in 2012 and held the role of Business Development Manager until 2015. During this time, they focused on recruiting and managing partners in various industries, such as media, healthcare, and energy, and designing new businesses. Since 2015, Fumi has been working at Hitachi Solutions, Ltd. and has held various roles, including Lead Engineer, Group Manager, Director of Business Development, and currently, Director of HR solution development. In these positions, they have been responsible for developing new business models, identifying business opportunities with cutting-edge technologies, and finding and recruiting partners.

Fumi Ogura pursued their education by completing a Bachelor's degree in Information Science/Studies from Kanagawa University between 1996 and 2000. Fumi then went on to further advance their knowledge by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rikkyo University, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, which they achieved from 2007 to 2009.
