Lisa Taylor

Lisa Taylor is the Director Change, Adoption and Learning at Hitachi Solutions Europe, where she leads the Change, Adoption, and Learning practice for the UK. Prior to this role, Lisa was the ERP Change Manager at Wood, focusing on the adoption of standard processes and ways of working. She also worked as a Director at Taylor Made Communications Ltd, providing Change Management and Communication expertise to organizations undergoing transformation programs. With experience at Shell as a Communication Advisor, Lisa has led comprehensive communication plans for large-scale SAP implementations across multiple countries and businesses. Lisa holds a BA Hons in Corporate Communication from Robert Gordon University.
