Alvin Garcia is a seasoned professional in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Global HRIS Manager at Hitachi Solutions America since August 2016, Alvin Garcia oversees day-to-day operations, enhances global HR processes, and plans for future system improvements. Prior roles include Business Analyst and Senior Consultant, where Alvin Garcia resolved issues with Dynamics 365 ERP and led implementations for manufacturing clients.
