Bob MacLean

Bob Maclean has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Bob'smost recent role is as the Senior Director - Customer Success, US Health and Life Sciences at Hitachi Solutions America, which they began in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Client Services Principal - US East Region at the same company from 2020 to 2022.

Before joining Hitachi Solutions America, Bob held the position of Vice President of Operations at Boatworks II LLC from 2018 to 2020.

From 2016 to 2018, Bob worked as the Executive Vice President, Client Delivery at RBA, Inc., where they oversaw client delivery, practice operations, talent acquisition, and employee development. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President - National Technology Services at RBA, Inc. from 2014 to 2015, and as the General Manager - North Central Region from 2012 to 2013. Bob also worked as a Practice Manager at RBA, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, where they managed and directed the Microsoft business unit.

Bob's earlier work experience includes serving as the Vice President, Consulting Services at Digineer from 2004 to 2008, and as the Business Unit Leader, Tech Manager, and Consultant at BORN Information Services from 1992 to 2004. Bob began their career as a Branch Manager at Zenth Data Systems from 1986 to 1992.

Bob Maclean attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Computer Science.
