Jay Natarajan

Jay Natarajan is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across notable technology companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Hitachi Solutions America since April 2025, Natarajan previously held the position of Americas Professional Services Practice Leader at Rackspace Technology from May 2023 to April 2025. Prior to that, Natarajan was Global Industry Solutions Practice Leader for Retail & CPG at Microsoft from December 2020 to April 2023 and also served as GM for Data & AI Customer Success. Earlier experience includes a role as Executive VP and Professional Services Practice Leader for Data & AI at Avanade and a senior director position at Microsoft focusing on AI strategy and execution from 2008 to 2020. Natarajan holds a Global Executive Leadership Program degree from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
