John Ingram

John Ingram is a seasoned learning and change management professional with extensive experience in leading organizational change initiatives and training solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Principal Learning Advisory Consultant at Hitachi Solutions America since October 2022, John oversees the Learning Advisory Services Group, focusing on sales support, delivery, and practice operations. Previous roles include Organizational Change & Training Manager at Collaborative Solutions, LLC, where John led Change Management for global Workday implementations, and Learning and Change Manager at Capgemini, managing a team and overseeing change management strategies for major global clients. With a strong background that includes consulting roles at Appirio and TIER1 Performance Solutions, and academic experience as an adjunct professor, John holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Asbury University.
