Julie Melbye

Julie Melbye has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a focus on project management and consulting services. Julie is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Services at Hitachi Solutions America, where they started in April 2021. Prior to this, Melbye held the position of Director of Consulting Services at Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd. from April 2018 to April 2021.

Before joining Hitachi, Melbye worked at Edgewater Fullscope as a Senior Project Manager from September 2017 to April 2018. Julie also served as the Global Program Director of ERP at Signode Industrial Group LLC from April 2017 to September 2017, where they were responsible for implementing the Microsoft Dynamics AX suite across multiple global locations.

From 2015 to 2017, Melbye worked at Milwaukee Tool as the Director of Business Technology Integration Management. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Project Manager at mcaConnect from July 2014 to July 2015. Julie also had a leadership role at Winfosoft, where they were the Vice President of Professional Services from November 2012 to July 2014 and the Vice President of the CRM Business Unit from September 2011 to July 2014.

Earlier in their career, Melbye served as the CRM Practice Lead at Concurrency from September 2010 to September 2011, and as the Practice Lead at Emerging Solutions from October 2009 to August 2010. Julie also held the position of Practice Director at New Resources Consulting from December 2006 to October 2009, where they were responsible for the development and delivery of infrastructure, CRM, and hosting solutions for clients across different industries.

Julie Melbye obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Cardinal Stritch University, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in December 2020.
