Manish Shrivastava

Manish Shrivastava has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Manish currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Data and Analytics at Hitachi Solutions America, where they have been since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Data and Analytics at the same company.

Before joining Hitachi, Manish worked at Capax Global, a Hitachi Group Company, where they held the role of Director of Data Solutions starting in 2017. Manish also worked as a Senior Data and Platform Architect at Capax Global from 2016 to 2017.

Their previous experiences include positions at Ciber as a Senior Data Architect Consultant from 2014 to 2016, Time Warner Inc. as an Architect EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) from 2012 to 2014, and the Volkswagen Group of America as a Data Architect/Technical Lead from 2003 to 2012.

Manish began their career as a Senior Software Consultant at Princeton Information Technology in 2002 and later worked as a Sr. Software Consultant at RCG Information Technology. Manish started their professional journey as a Software Developer at Ace Technologies in 2000.

Throughout their career, Manish has shown expertise in data engineering, data warehouse architecture, integration, data platform modernization, big data, BI, and analytics. Manish has hands-on experience with various technologies such as Azure data platform, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Cassandra, and more. Manish is known for their insightful leadership, innovation-driven approach, and ability to effectively turn data into meaningful insights.

Manish Shrivastava earned an MBA (Honors) degree in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a BE degree in Electronic Engineering from Nagpur University, which they attended from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they completed their high school education at Christ Church from 1987 to 1992. In terms of certifications, Manish received the Hortonworks HDP Certified Developer certification from Hortonworks in December 2015.
