Phyllis Lightner

Phyllis Lightner is a retired executive with extensive experience in financial and IT functions, known for identifying process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and yield significant cost savings. Throughout their career, Phyllis held various leadership roles, including Director of Finance and Senior Manager, where they implemented financial controls, managed ERP system transitions, and developed high-performing teams. Phyllis also served as an adjunct instructor, sharing their expertise in accounting and project management. They hold a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Doane College.
