Flor Palma

Flor Palma has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and service. Flor started their career at Communications Test Design Incorporated in 2012 as a Data Entry/Quality Control specialist. In 2013, they worked for Apple as a Tier 1 Advisor. Flor then joined All Covered in 2014 as a Service Desk Technician before moving on to Graebel Companies, Inc. in 2015, where they initially worked as a Help Desk Analyst and later as a Technical Support Analyst II. In 2019, Flor joined Avanade as a Desktop Support Analyst and then transitioned to IT-Guru -- Veterinary IT Support as a Service Desk Technician. Their most recent role was with Hitachi Vantara Federal, where they worked as a Technical Resource Center Analyst starting in November 2020.
