Olanza Badger has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in the year 1993, Olanza worked for the US Navy as a CTM1 (SW), where they managed installation staff and oversaw international telecommunications projects. In 2003, they transitioned to L-3 Integrated Systems Group as a Network Telecommunications Engineer, responsible for system administration and maintaining C&A of the JCA network. After that, they joined Leidos in 2012 as an Information Assurance Officer, where they implemented security measures and conducted vulnerability scans. In 2014, Olanza joined Brocade as an On-Site Engineer, providing technical expertise and support to optimize product environments. Additionally, they served as a Brocade Resident Consultant, managing IT projects and assessing business implications. Currently, Olanza is employed at Hitachi Vantara Federal as a Support Account Manager, coordinating post-sales activities and identifying new products and services for customers.

Olanza Badger completed their Bachelor's degree in Internetworking Technologies at Strayer University, between the years 2003 and 2006. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Maryland Global Campus, from 2011 to 2013.
