Bryan Fletcher

Bryan Fletcher has extensive experience in customer service and support, currently serving as Senior Manager Customer Support at Hitachi Vantara since November 2010. Prior roles at Hitachi Vantara include Services Account Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Customer Engineer. Before joining Hitachi Vantara, Bryan Fletcher worked for the State of Oregon from September 1996 to May 2009 in various capacities, including Team Lead for the Storage Team and z/OS Systems Architect. Additional experience includes MVS Systems Programmer at DISA from January 1993 to January 1995 and serving as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army from January 1989 to January 1993. Bryan Fletcher's education includes training at the US Army Computer Science School in 1988.
