Nidhi Shrivastava

Nidhi Shrivastava is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources transformation and operations. Currently serving as Director of HR Transformation & Operations at Hitachi Vantara since March 2020, Nidhi has held various roles within the company, including Senior Manager for Human Resources (APAC) and IDC Lead for HR Transformation & Operations. Prior to this, Nidhi worked at Hitachi Consulting from April 2012 to March 2020, where roles included India Lead for University Relations and Campus Hiring, Location Lead for Resource Management & Talent Acquisition, and Deputy Manager for Talent Acquisition. Nidhi's career began at The Redwood Horizon as a Senior Executive in HR, managing end-to-end recruitment for the Banking and Telecom sectors. Nidhi holds an MBA in Human Resources from Pune University and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from SNDT University, Mumbai.
