Sameer Rifqi

Sameer Rifqi is a seasoned professional in service delivery management with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in the technology sector. Currently, Sameer holds the position of Service Delivery Manager at Hitachi Vantara since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sameer spent nearly a decade at DXC Technology, progressing from Service Desk Manager to Service Delivery Operations Manager until January 2024. Earlier experience includes a range of positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, such as Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert in the Service Desk, and an entry-level position as a Customer Service Representative at VADS Berhad. Sameer graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering in 2008.
