Shankar Ks

Shankar KS currently serves as the Director - Salesforce Platform Leader at Hitachi Vantara, a position held since February 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategy and delivery of the Salesforce platform and CRM ecosystem, managing internal teams and vendors, and supporting enterprise-level business and IT initiatives. Shankar also progressed through various roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions from February 2007 to October 2018, including Associate Director and Senior Manager in CRM, as well as serving as Project Leader at HP GlobalSoft from August 2003 to February 2007. Shankar holds an MBA in Systems from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration.
