Tanya Reynolds

Tanya Reynolds is an experienced professional in executive communications and employee engagement, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Executive Communications for the CEO at Hitachi Vantara since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tanya worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Program and Planning Manager, leading employee engagement and business operations initiatives, and also served as the Business Planning Manager for Communications and Employee Engagement. Previous experience includes leadership positions at NetApp, Cisco, Intuit, TiVo, Brocade, and Avvenu, where Tanya developed and executed communication strategies and programs aimed at enhancing internal and external engagement, driving sales enablement, and improving executive communications. Tanya holds an MBA from Campbellsville University and a BA in Government from Oral Roberts University.
