Ubaldo Adorna

Ubaldo Adorna is an experienced sales and operations executive currently serving as Vice President Sales Operations for Asia Pacific at Hitachi Vantara since August 2017. In this role, Ubaldo leads the Sales Operations organization, focusing on revenue operations, sales strategy, deal governance processes, and product go-to-market execution. Previous positions include acting Vice President Sales Operations and Sales Operations Director for Australia/New Zealand at Hitachi Vantara, as well as Commercial and Operations Director at Sapphire Group Pty Ltd, where Ubaldo managed P&L responsibilities and led significant projects including ERP system deployment. Ubaldo's extensive experience also encompasses finance roles at GSK, Campbell Arnott's, Coca-Cola Amatil, and Sun Microsystems, where responsibilities included business partnering, financial management, and strategic planning. Ubaldo holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, along with a GAICD in Corporate Governance from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
