Bruno Hannibal-Taylor

Bruno Hannibal-Taylor is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of Design Lab for Hitachi Europe, where responsibilities include leading European Service Design and Innovation practices and managing a diverse team of design professionals. Previously, Bruno held roles as a Senior Service Designer at a global technology firm and worked as a freelance Service Designer, focusing on enhancing service experiences in the social housing sector. As a co-founder of Represent, a tech start-up, and Director at commonground, Bruno fostered user-centered design initiatives for local governments and third sector organizations. A background in academia includes serving as a Service Design Associate Lecturer at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, alongside extensive design research experiences at the Design Against Crime Research Centre. Bruno holds an MA in Industrial Design from Central Saint Martin's College and a BA in Product Design from Liverpool John Moores University.
