Hemanth Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and operations within the engineering and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Quality & Manufacturing Strategy Leader at Hitachi, Hemanth drives quality compliance and process innovation across all business divisions outside Japan. Previously, as Vice President of Hub BU Operations at Hitachi Energy, leadership encompassed day-to-day operations for High Voltage Products in South Asia. Hemanth's background includes significant roles at Hitachi ABB Power Grids and ABB, where contributions focused on sustainable change and operational excellence across South Asia and MEA regions. With an MS in Quality Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a BE in Automobile Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering, Hemanth has a strong educational foundation complemented by a successful career in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across various organizations, including Toyota and ACGL.
