Rihito Matsui

Rihito (Ricky) Matsui serves as the Director of the Business Management Office within the Railway Systems Business Unit at Hitachi as of July 2023. Previously, Matsui held leadership roles at Hitachi Rail, including Director of the CHRO Office and Director of HR Digital and Shared Services, where responsibilities encompassed global HR strategy formulation, process integration, and leading HR activities for M&A projects. With a career that spans over two decades at Hitachi, Matsui has progressively advanced through multiple HR roles, contributing to HR strategy, development programs, and system implementations. Matsui holds a bachelor's degree in Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
