Prior to Hitachi, Theo was the Chairman of Intellectual Performance Institute LLC and the CEO/President of EDUSS Broadcast & Media Inc., noted for pioneering adaptive-learning education solutions. Theo also co-founded EDCO Training Pty Ltd and founded YCS Pty Ltd., establishing a strong foundation in computer sales and training.
