Michael Dixon

Michael Dixon has extensive experience in product support management within the construction machinery industry, currently serving as the Independent Rental Company Product Support Manager at Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas Inc. since September 2006. Prior roles at Hitachi include Hitachi Direct Manager, Product Support Manager, and Regional Product Support Manager. Prior to joining Hitachi, Michael worked as Service Manager at Bane Machinery from October 2002 to October 2006 and as a Field Service Technician at Udelson Equipment Co from September 1996 to October 2002. Michael holds an Associate's degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology/Technician from Universal Technical Institute, Inc., completed between 1988 and 1989.
