Mike Dixon has extensive experience in technical support and service management within the construction machinery industry. Currently serving as Technical Support Manager at Kawasaki Construction Machinery since September 2006, Mike oversees all Kawasaki support issues. Previous roles include Field Service Manager and District Product Support Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing product support for the East Central and North Central territories as well as national accounts for the Hot Slag division. Prior to Kawasaki, Mike served as Service Manager at Bane Machinery, overseeing a team of field and shop technicians for equipment rental and sales. Mike holds an Associate's Degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology from UTI, earned between 1988 and 1990.
