Vitor Leite Silva is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in technical support and sales within the heavy machinery industry, currently serving as a District Product & Parts Support Engineer at Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas Inc. since March 2023. Prior roles at Komatsu Brasil included Sales Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Senior Service Analyst, and Senior Service Department Assistant, where Vitor managed technical support for thousands of equipment and led teams in Brazil. With a robust background in maintenance processes, technical documentation, and training development, Vitor has effectively optimized operations for key accounts and participated in strategic bids.
