Anne Richardson

Anne Richardson currently serves as the Head of External Communication and Marketing at Hitachi Rail since February 2019. Prior to this role, Anne held various communication positions within Ansaldo STS, including Head of External Relations and Communication for the Asia Pacific region and Public Relations Manager. Anne's experience also includes serving as Media and Issues Advisor at Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd, Stakeholder Communications Advisor at the Victorian Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and Rural Affairs Director at Hill & Knowlton. Earlier career roles featured leadership in corporate communications and public affairs at Queensland Sugar Limited and Queensland Sugar Corporation. Anne Richardson holds a Graduate Diploma in Communication Practice from Queensland University of Technology, a Diploma of Teaching in Special Education, and two Associate Speech and Drama Teacher’s Diplomas from the Australian Music Examinations Board and Trinity College of London.
