Dan Phillips

Dan Phillips is Hitachi Rail’s Chief Investment Officer, responsible for identifying and executing investment opportunities for the business, and for managing the equity investments in PPP assets globally. He previously held positions at Hitachi Rail including Chief Strategy Officer and UK Commercial Manager. Prior to joining Hitachi in 2012, Dan worked at Arup and the UK Department for Transport, where he held commercial and strategic roles as both advisor and principal.
