Diana Pantlik

Diana Pantlik currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the Main Line Signalling business at Hitachi Rail since June 2024. Prior to this role, Diana spent over 17 years at Thales, where responsibilities included serving as the Human Resources Director for the EMEA region for the Main Line Signalling Business Line, overseeing a workforce of 3,800 employees across 20 countries and managing a global HR strategy for the Transport Business Line. Additionally, Diana led HR efforts in Romania, driving significant growth from 600 to over 1,100 employees. Earlier experience includes managing Romanian operations for Target Executive Search and serving as a Restructuring Manager at OMV-Petrom. Diana's career began at Alcatel Romania in various HR roles following a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Relations from the University of International Relations.
