Evie Troutman

Evie Troutman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative roles and management across various industries. Currently serving as the DOORS Primary Administrator for Hitachi Rail since September 2021, Evie is responsible for document control, strategic analysis, and user training within the Americas Shared Services team. Prior to this role, Evie worked as a Software Asset Management Coordinator at Alcoa, managing digital assets and communications for the Global Central Services Software Team. Experience also includes leadership positions at The Art Institutes, where Evie managed multiple campuses' Readmission and Transfer Student departments and served as an Assistant Director of Admissions, facilitating recruitment and educational guidance for prospective students. Early career achievements at Hard Rock Cafe included roles as Head Server and Corporate Trainer, recognized for exceptional performance and management responsibilities. Evie holds a Bachelor's of Arts in English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
