Giovanni Masedu

Giovanni Masedu is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in industrial relations and HR management, currently serving as the Head of Workforce Planning, International Assignment, and Travel Management at Hitachi Rail StS since June 2021. Previously, Giovanni held significant positions at BT, where responsibilities included Head of Industrial Relations & HR Management Italy and Head of Industrial Relations Italy, and at Harsco Corporation as Human Resources Manager for South Europe and Italy. Giovanni's career also includes roles at SCM GROUP SPA, Harsco Metals Italia, Bombardier Transportation Italy, DENSO Manufacturing Italia SpA, and Boehringer Ingelheim. Giovanni holds a Master's degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
