Jayashree Menon

Jayashree Menon is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the rail industry. Currently serving as the Head of Competence Center Onboard USA at Hitachi Rail STS since April 2019, Menon previously held various roles at Ansaldo STS, including Head of Onboard Engineering, Manager of Carborne Application Engineering, and Lead Software Engineer, focusing on delivering onboard projects and managing engineering teams. Early in the career, Menon worked as a Software Engineer at Union Switch & Signal, developing and testing embedded software for safety critical systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Bangalore University, along with a leadership program from INSEAD.
