Luca Serino

Luca Serino is an accomplished project and program manager with over a decade of experience at Hitachi Rail, currently serving as the Head of the Rolling Stock High Speed Program. With a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Luca has successfully managed notable projects including the Class 802 inter-city trains for various railways and the refurbishment of the Class 385 regional trains for Abellio ScotRail. Earlier experience includes roles at Ansaldobreda, where Luca managed electric trains’ modernization projects in Lima and Norway and led organizational design and process improvement initiatives. Luca's educational background includes advanced studies in project management and engineering from prestigious institutions such as INSEAD and SDA Bocconi.
