Patrick Oufi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in advising on infrastructure, construction, and corporate matters. Currently serving as Business Affairs Counsel at Hitachi Rail since July 2021, Patrick leads legal counsel on multi-billion dollar railway projects in Canada. Prior roles include providing counsel to prominent Canadian and international entities at Axiom, and advising on various infrastructure projects while at Aird & Berlis LLP and McCarthy Tétrault. Patrick's career also encompasses significant positions at Baker Botts and Dentons, where expertise in energy and corporate matters was developed. Notably, Patrick contributed to the establishment of a financial free zone while serving as a Legal Advisor to the Government of Abu Dhabi. Patrick holds an LLB (Hons) in Law & Business from City St George’s, University of London.
