Stefania Vitale

Stefania Vitale, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Stefania currently serves as the Global Head of HRIS & People Analytics at Hitachi Rail, where they focus on leveraging data and analytics to enhance HR processes and optimize employee experiences. Prior to this, Stefania held the position of Global Head of Employee Experience and Internal Climate at Hitachi Rail, where they played a key role in creating a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement. Stefania also served as the HR Talent Development & US HR Advisor at Hitachi Rail, where they provided strategic guidance on talent development and acted as an advisor for HR matters in the United States. Additionally, Stefania has worked as an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources Management at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici, where they shared their expertise in the field with students. In their earlier roles at Ansaldo STS A Hitachi Group Company and Ansaldo STS USA, Stefania held various leadership positions in HR management, development, and engagement. Stefania has extensive experience in change management, organizational leadership, and building cohesive and motivated teams. Prior to their HR career, Stefania worked in translation management at Union Switch & Signal and as a foreign language teacher at St. Bede School. Stefania also gained experience as a business manager at Regina Margherita, where they were responsible for staff management and customer satisfaction programs.

Stefania Vitale, MBA completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Point Park University in the years 2008 to 2010. Stefania then pursued an Associate's Degree in Business Management from the Community College of Allegheny County from 2005 to 2008. Lastly, in 2013 to 2014, they obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Luiss Business School.
