Stemmer Erich is the Head of Solution Engineering at Hitachi Rail, where they develop end-to-end strategies and solutions for service providers, public sector, and industries, focusing on innovative networks of the future. Previously, Stemmer held various roles, including Solution Engineering Manager at Thales and Customer Solutions Architect at Nokia, contributing to broadband networks and LTE solutions. Stemmer began their career at Alcatel, where they worked on rail security systems and mobile networks. They earned a degree in Radio Communications from Technische Universität Wien.
