Michael Paddock

Michael Paddock has over twenty-five years of experience in business development within the forging and casting industry. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Hitchiner Manufacturing since October 2017, Michael previously held similar roles at Ellwood Closed Die Group and Forged Products Inc / Nova Forge. At Ellwood, Michael was globally responsible for business development in the aerospace and power generation markets, while at Forged Products, responsibilities included managing sales for the U.S. and Canada in key industries. Earlier career roles included managing sales for Consolidated Precision Products Corp. and driving significant growth in forging sales at Wyman Gordon. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Economics from Springfield College.
