Nicholas Serpa

Nicholas Serpa has accumulated extensive experience in engineering and management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Manager of Advanced Equipment Development at Hitchiner Manufacturing since June 2018 after progressing through roles as Senior and Advanced Equipment Engineer. Previously, Nicholas owned Norenix, LLC, from December 2012 to January 2024, and worked in various engineering positions including Mechanical Design Engineer at Analog Devices and Ferrite Microwave Technologies, as well as Regional Sales Engineer at Gasho, Inc. Nicholas also contributed to education as an adjunct instructor in Technical Drawing at Nashua Community College from January 2012 to May 2019. Nicholas's career began as a Machinist/Machine Developer at W.H. Bagshaw, and Nicholas holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Design Technology from Nashua Community College, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
