William Carver

William Carver has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Vice President of US Operations at Hitchiner Manufacturing since October 2018. Previously, William held various roles at Arconic, including Operations Manager, where responsibilities included driving production activities across multiple departments to enhance financial performance. At Firth Rixson, later acquired by Alcoa, William progressed from Estimating Analyst to Operations Supervisor, overseeing production and profitability in a seamless forgings plant. William began a career in the industry with a Sales Engineering Internship at Trane, gaining insights into HVAC systems. William holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
