Heydi Obando began their career at Sitel in 2010 as a Customer Service Quality Analyst. Heydi then moved on to Smrtdo Medical Billing in 2014 as a Medical Billing Specialist before joining Indhersa in 2016 as a Marketing Manager. In 2019, they transitioned to White Shark Media as a Digital Marketing Strategist. In 2020, they took on the role of Customer Success Manager at Digital Agency Hacker, Master Hackers & The Commitment Summit, and later joined HITE in 2019, where they held roles such as Partner Development Consultant, Franchise Growth Coach, Client Experience Manager, and currently serves as the Client Experience Director. Throughout their career, Heydi has demonstrated expertise in customer service, marketing, and client experience.
