Philippe Osch

Philippe Osch has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Philippe is currently the Chief Executive Officer at HITEC Luxembourg S.A. since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Partner & Chief Operating Officer at the same company from January 2022 to June 2023. From 2015 to 2019, Philippe served as the Chief Technology Officer at HITEC Luxembourg. Alongside their role at HITEC, Philippe also holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors since May 2015.

Before joining HITEC Luxembourg, Philippe worked as a Member of the Management Board at Luxinnovation GIE from March 2018. Philippe also gained experience as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from January 2014 to February 2015. Earlier in their career, Philippe worked as a Manager Operations & Planning at HITEC Luxembourg from April 2010 to January 2014.

Philippe's work journey started as a Strategy and Innovation Consultant at Squarewise from September 2009 to April 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Technology Consultant at Altran from September 2007 to September 2009. Philippe also gained valuable experience as an Intern and Assistant to the Project Manager at SCHOTT Glass Technologies from March 2006 to August 2006.

Philippe's career began in academia as a Teaching Assistant at ETH Zurich from March 2002 to March 2003. Overall, Philippe has a diverse background in leadership, consultancy, and technology roles across multiple industries.

Philippe Osch received a Master of Business Administration - Global Executive MBA from INSEAD in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich from 2001 to 2007. In addition, they also completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management and Economics for Engineers at Delft University of Technology from 2004 to 2005.
