HITEC Power Protection
Kim Trumpi-Sweers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Global Development & Engineering Manager at HITEC Power Protection since September 2022, Kim has previously held roles including Manager of Controls Engineering at IMS and Account Manager at VDL Enabling Technologies Group. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager at both VDL and Demcon, as well as a PhD student at the University of Twente, where research focused on nanoscale protein structures related to Parkinson’s disease. Kim’s educational background includes an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Twente, specialized training in radiation hygiene, and a strong foundational education in the humanities.
